"Income Taxes for a Small Business".  Every business entity must file a business tax return even if you have a loss.  So as a new business owner you may have wondered how to report your results to the IRS, or what options you have as a Self- Employed Person.  We walk you thru the Schedule C and then integrate it into your personal Form 1040, pointing out the options for expenses, your own retirement and health benefits.  Handouts provide a 'sample' filled in Schedule C and Form 1040.  We cover Sole Proprietor and LLC (man and wife or single person),  Differences with Partnerships and S Corporations are pointed out.  $35 for a new tax year between January 1 and April 15 of each year - $20 after April 15th..
